The event gathered seven communication experts with experience in EU EOMs deployed over the last two years, 2024 – 2025.

The discussion, led by the EODS Communications Coordinator, was focused on lessons learned and good practices establishing effective communications strategies to provide visibility to the EOMs. The event offered the opportunity for EODS and POs to present the main progress achieved in ensuring a consistent and standardised approach to communications and visibility across the EOMs and to discuss ways to move forward.

Representatives of the European External Action Service (EEAS) and the European Commission’s Service for Foreign Policy Instruments (FPI) also took part in the event, contributing for a dynamic and fruitful brainstorming. EEAS representatives working on Strategic Communications and Disinformation also took part.
